Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between our clients, carriers, and internal operations. You will be responsible for managing shipments, tracking inventory, resolving supply chain discrepancies, and delivering world-class customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses sharp problem-solving skills, and can communicate seamlessly across cultural and linguistic boundaries to ensure timely deliveries.
salary: $20 - $21 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary bilingual point of contact for international and domestic clients, addressing inquiries regarding order status, tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Translate and communicate complex logistics updates, custom requirements, and delays clearly to non-native speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Handle customer complaints, shipping discrepancies, and returns proactively, providing swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate, schedule, and track domestic and international shipments (ocean, air, rail, or over-the-road) from origin to final destination.
- Review, prepare, and process essential logistics documentation, including bills of lading (BOL), commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth border clearances.
- Monitor daily shipment statuses, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks or delays, and adjusting routes or carriers as necessary.
- Update internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) in real-time to maintain accurate data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and order fulfillment.
