Franciscan Ministries is seeking an MDS Registered Nurse to coordinate and complete resident assessments in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The MDS RN will oversee the RAI/MDS process, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans. This role includes monitoring quality measures, supporting regulatory compliance, and communicating with residents and families.
