Overview Title: Technical Recruiter (Temp) About the Company: An industry-backed fintech organization is on a mission to modernize and improve the syndicated loan market. About the Role The company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across both technical and non-technical teams during a period of significant growth. In this role, you will own sourcing, screening, and candidate pipeline management end to end. Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers across Technology, Product, Sales, Operations, and other functions to identify, attract, and hire top talent. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building scalable recruiting processes, and understands how to assemble high-performing teams. You will service their Charlotte, SC location. You will be recruiting software engineers, business analyst, product specialist, implementation specialists, etc. Location: Remote (EST time zone) Rate: $60-70/hr (+benefits through 24Seven) Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, including drafting job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers/closing. Partner directly with leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals, workforce planning needs, and hiring priorities, and convert those into effective recruiting strategies. Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers by refining job descriptions, interview rubrics, and closing strategies. Design, refine, and scale recruiting processes to enhance speed, quality, and a high-touch candidate experience. Conduct in-depth screening calls to assess role-specific capabilities and cultural alignment. Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate experience scores, and sourcing activity. Leverage recruiting tools such as Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and other channels to identify and engage high-caliber candidates. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in corporate recruiting and apply them to continuously improve results. Champion the company’s culture and values in every candidate interaction. Must Have 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related people function within high-growth startups or fast-scaling tech companies. Proven track record hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across multiple departments. Demonstrated success building diverse, high-performing teams while maintaining a high talent bar and inclusive hiring practices. Ability to manage senior-level stakeholder relationships and serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders. Comfort managing multiple open roles and time-sensitive projects with competing priorities while maintaining quality. Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and using recruiting metrics to optimize outcomes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal teams. Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys creating structure in evolving environments. Nice To Have Background in tech recruiting within high-growth or startup environments. Exposure to the syndicated loan market or adjacent capital markets. An existing warm network or pipeline of candidates across engineering, product, and financial markets. Strong, metrics-oriented approach to recruiting with the ability to articulate key hiring metrics and risks.
