Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS (AHA) or ALS (ARC). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Certifications BLS (AHA) or BLS (ARC). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications PALS (AHA) or PALS (ARC). Willing to obtain allowed for PALS (AHA).
• Certifications NRP (AHA)
• Certifications RRT
• Certifications NBRC (RRT) or NBRC (CRT)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Pediatric Trauma ICU in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Pediatric ICU in last 3 years.
• Travel Experience 13 weeks of travel experience.
• EMR Epic
• Skills Assessment NIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Skills Assessment PIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Skills Assessment PRR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Skills Assessment GRT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Skills Assessment PTI skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations This is a children's hospital that requires all clinicians that work there to have pediatric experience.
• Additional Confirmations Requires trauma level 1 experience
• Additional Confirmations Ability to float to other areas of practice within clinical competence is required.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: five years of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience, including three years in a Pediatric ICU, three years in a Level 3 or 4 Neonatal ICU, one year in a Pediatric ED, and one year in a Pediatric Level 1 Trauma center. Additionally, I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Cardiopulmonary, have completed prior travel assignments.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
