Position: VIP Travel Consultant (Remote) Full time, United States. In this role, you will perform high‑touch service excellence to key client travelers and be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (phone, email, etc.). You will be the primary point of contact for executive‑level travelers and provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up‑selling related products. Key Responsibilities Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests. Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer. Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer. Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.). Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules. Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported. Qualifications Experience in VIP travel. Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes. Strong skills in GDS Sabre. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of VIP Travel Consultant is between $55,000 and $65,000.
