This role is for a Corporate Associate who will work closely with Corporate Banking analysts, Credit Analysts, Relationship Bankers, Portfolio Managers, and Product Partners on a range of projects including client pitches, financial modeling, credit lending, and portfolio monitoring. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with Corporate Banking Analysts, Credit Analysts, Relationship Bankers, Portfolio Managers, and Product Partners on client pitches and meetings. Perform financial modeling, credit analysis, and transaction support for corporate transactions. Provide portfolio monitoring and reporting for sponsor, leverage, and M&A finance. Manage internal legal and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulations. Support management reporting and analytical tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Formal credit training at a major institution desirable. Minimum 4+ years of related experience in banking, credit analysis, or corporate finance. Job Details Senior level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment type: Full‑time.
