Act as a trusted partner in monitoring and validating automation performance and AI outputs; Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking automation KPIs (accuracy, exception rate, SLA); Define and govern KPI frameworks for automation and AI validation (e.g., precision, recall, confidence thresholds); Validate AI outputs (e.g., extraction accuracy, confidence scoring, field-level correctness) and ensure trust in automation; Analyze performance trends, anomalies, and exception drivers, providing clear root cause insights; Collaborate with Automation, Product Owner, and Data teams to improve automation quality and performance; Implement and maintain data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks across automation processes; Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
